Is the design a striking golden chalice or a silhouette of two people in conversation?
This amulet bag is an example of "pictographic ambiguity", where one picture can
contain more than one image depending upon how you look at it. Notice that you
can't see both images at the same time. Your mind wants to pick out one or the other. This is a very easy piece in even count, flat peyote which, when folded and stitched together, makes a 2" amulet bag for you to embellish as your creativity dictates. The design is two sided (same design front and back). The pattern file includes a photo of the finished piece, a graphic chart the body of the bag, and a beading Word Chart. Included also are suggested Delica bead colors and amounts of beads (numbers and grams) required for the design. (No instructions included for basic peyote stitch, but see my online animated tutorial on Peyote Stitch.) Stitch: Peyote
